Forward Gmail by Content to Multiple Addresses
Gmail does have the capability to forward in coming email by content.
This is done by using the FILTER feature in Gmail:
STEP A
Add the forward eMail(s) as follows:
- Go to the Advance Setup in Gmail – Click on the GEAR in the upper right; Select ALL SETTING
- Click on the FORWARDING tab
- Add the email address(s) — Note the addresses not in you domain will require confirmation from the recipient.
- Select DISABLE FORWARD, if you want to use only forward by filter.
STEP B – Set up Forward Filters
- In the search box at the top of the screen, click Show search options photos tune.
- Enter your search criteria. — Criteria can be TO:, FROM:, SUBJECT; or content in the body of the email.
- To check that your search works, click Search.
- At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter.
- From the list of filter options, click Forward it.
- Select the forwarding email address.
- Click Create filter.
