Forward Gmail by Content to Multiple Addresses

Gmail does have the capability to forward in coming email by content.

This is done by using the FILTER feature in Gmail:

STEP A

Add the forward eMail(s) as follows:

  1. Go to the Advance Setup in Gmail – Click on the GEAR in the upper right; Select ALL SETTING
  2. Click on the FORWARDING tab
  3. Add the email address(s) — Note the addresses not in you domain will require confirmation from the recipient.
  4. Select DISABLE FORWARD, if you want to use only forward by filter.

STEP B – Set up Forward Filters 

  1. In the search box at the top of the screen, click Show search options photos tune.
  2. Enter your search criteria.  — Criteria can be TO:, FROM:, SUBJECT; or content in the body of the email.
  3. To check that your search works, click Search.
  4. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter.
  5. From the list of filter options, click Forward it.
  6. Select the forwarding email address.
  7. Click Create filter.
